Governance you can verify with your own counsel

Our standards

This page is the canonical reference for compliance framing—not a marketing summary. Youth4All maps each product line and procedure to the regulator or notified body that actually governs it in the region where care occurs. Where we cite FDA, EMA, GMP, WHO, AABB, WADA, ISCT, ISSCR, A4M, or ISEV, we mean specific registrations, memberships, or standards documents on file—not a generic trust badge. Ask us for the packet that matches your case file if you need to share it with counsel or a home institution.

Regulatory pathways

We classify each SKU and procedure code against the pathway that applies (e.g., biologic vs. device vs. hospital exemption). That work happens before a modality appears on public pricing cards—so what you see online already passed an internal compliance gate.

Professional societies

Society memberships fund CME and ethics hotlines—they do not automatically bless a given bedside act. We list them here so you can verify standing and read the position statements we actually follow when protocols change quarter to quarter.

Safety & ethics

Chain-of-custody logs, donor screening when allogeneic material is in scope, adverse-event reporting windows, and research-ethics review for anything prospectively collected—these are operational controls, not slogans. Patients may request the current SOP index under NDA where trade secrets apply.
